SL9 Error message when pulling a report (Adobe Reader)


If you are getting errors in Syteline when trying to run reports that points to Adobe Reader, you need to run the fix below:

1. Close Syteline and any PDF documents that you may have open.
2. Remove Adobe Reader DC, XI, or current version. Go into the Control Panel> Program & Features> find the software and click Uninstall.
3. Install FoxIT PDF Reader from the location below.  This requires you to be on the Corporate network directly or through the VPN.  Copy and paste the path below in the search button near the Start button.

     a. \\172.19.10.30\fsbp\Software & Drivers\FoxitPDFReader111_enu_Setup.msi

4.  Once complete, open up Syteline and try the report again.
