Cannot pack an item in WMS (Holbrook Syteline)
If you get an error that you cannot pack an item in WMS, you need to check the following:
1. Go into Syteline and log into the FSSW database.
2. Open the form: ITEMS
3. Type in the item you are having an issue with and then hit the filter button.
4. Go to the Sales tab and look at the Tag Type. This cannot be blank.
5. Find a similar item and look up the Tag Type so you can select the right type for the item you are having an issue with.
This should resolve the problem and you can now pack the item in WMS.
